Q: i would like to teach english in japan or kindergarten if possible. does anyone have any info on how i can begin. im currently still in school and planning ahead. i would like to be prepared for everything. thank you.
A: I would strongly suggest the JET program. I am currently on my 4th year here in Japan. You can't sign up to teach Kindergarten exclusively, but if you teach at a junior high school, you will more than likely have elementary school visits. In most of my elementary schools I also teach the kindergarten class.
