Q: Is it possible for me to get financial aid for college even though my parents make alot of money? Like my dad makes bout $200,000 to $350,000 a year.
A: If you file your FAFSA's, you will notice in the results, they will give you the EFC (EFC = Expected Family Contribution) They tend to give this money to those who would not be able to attend college if they didn't receive it. You seem pretty well off that your dad will be able to pay off your semester within a month's salary, even less than a month. You can still file for FAFSA's just to see if you get a couple hundred, but if your EFC is higher than your tuition rates, you might get zip.
